Felicia Shante’ story begins as proud military brat, growing up across two countries and five U.S. states, which gave her a unique perspective on life and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people. Now, she’s been married for over 30 years to her husband Jeff, and is the mother of two incredible daughters, Jasmin (and son-in-law Conner) and Jadyn. Felicia’s home is also shared with her two beloved fur babies, who never fail to brighten her day. 

When she’s not connecting with others through her work or serving her community, Felicia enjoys refueling by sending time with her family, tending to her garden, and indulging in her love for all genres of music.

Felicia Shante’ is a devoted Christian and a visionary who refuses to operate inside a box, bodly embracing every gift God has entrusted to her and using them to serve, empower, and inspire others. That passion shines through in every role she fulfills - Doctorate Degree in Christian Humanities, Affordable Housing Advocate, author, public speaker, community advocate, and mentor. As the founder of The Chic Influence Co., she provides one-on-one mentoring programs for youth, organizes retreats, hosts women empowerment events and leads community outreach events. She also curates chic outdoor garden and beach picnic experiences through her Chic De’cor Event Planning business, which her team designs elegant de’cor for homes and offices, and coordinates uniquely tailored events such as birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, and corporate functions. Every endeavor reflects her commitment to connection, creativity, and community.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Felicia cherishes family, faith, and community. She believes every season of life is an opportunity to pivot with grace and confidence-a belief she embodies and inspires in others through The Chic Influence Co.
