Felicia Shante’ story begins as proud military brat, growing up across two countries and five U.S. states, which gave her a unique perspective on life and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people. Now, she’s been married for over 30 years to her husband Jeff, and is the mother of two incredible daughters, Jasmin (and son-in-law Conner) and Jadyn. Felicia’s home is also shared with her two beloved fur babies, who never fail to brighten her day. 

When she’s not connecting with others through her work or serving her community, Felicia enjoys refueling by sending time with her family, tending to her garden, and indulging in her love for all genres of music.

Felicia Shante’ is a devoted Christian and a visionary who refuses to operate inside a box, bodly embracing every gift God has entrusted to her and using them to serve, empower, and inspire others. That passion shines through in every role she fulfills - Doctorate Degree in Christian Humanities, Affordable Housing Advocate, author, public speaker, community advocate, and mentor. As the founder of The Chic Influence Co., she provides one-on-one mentoring programs for youth, organizes retreats, hosts women empowerment events and leads community outreach events. She also curates chic outdoor garden and beach picnic experiences through her Chic De’cor Event Planning business, which her team designs elegant de’cor for homes and offices, and coordinates uniquely tailored events such as birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, and corporate functions. Every endeavor reflects her commitment to connection, creativity, and community.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Felicia cherishes family, faith, and community. She believes every season of life is an opportunity to pivot with grace and confidence-a belief she embodies and inspires in others through The Chic Influence Co.

  • Pamela D. Hogan is a dynamic entrepreneur, author, and creative visionary with over 30 years of business experience. She is the author of Becoming the Real Boss!, a powerful guide that helps aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned professionals embrace their full potential and lead with confidence.

    Pamela has traveled the world as International Educator and Platform Artist teaching professionals and consumers the ins and outs of hair care and beauty in countries like the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Trinidad, Senegal, Barbados, Punta Cana and the Bahamas. She has worked as a master educator for several well-known companies such as L’Oreal, Paul Mitchell, Soft Sheen, KEMI Organics, and Bronner Brothers.

    Pamela currently serves as the research and development consultant for one of the largest multicultural hair care brands, Strength of Nature, African Pride, Beautiful Textures, Elasta QP, Mega Growth, Ultra Sheen Supreme, Dr. Miracles, Afro Sheen, Just for Me, PCJ Kids, Soft & Beautiful Botanicals, Gentle Treatment,TCB and Motions. In her role as a consultant Pamela weighs in on product formulation and tests products before they hit retail shelves.

    Pamela has attended Rodney Barnett School of Trichology and has obtained her license and certification as Trichologist.

    Her work also extends to numerous awards shows such as the Stellar Awards and Trendsetter Awards. Pamela has styled many stars including Jill Scott, Chrisette Michele, Lynn Whitfield, Raven Symone’, Kelly Price, Steve Harvey, Lisa Wu Hartll, Michael Baisden, and Angela Bassett.

    In addition to that, for more than 20 years, Pamela owned and operated The Hogan Institute of Cosmetology & Esthetics, a Georgia renowned institution recognized for excellence in cosmetology, aesthetics, and manicures. Her school prepared countless students for successful careers in the beauty industry. Now retired from the institute, Pamela continues to shape industries through her other ventures.

    She has now established her own beauty care brand Hi Bella Beauty and skincare line Hi Esthetics and is currently working on her own innovative techniques/haircare product line Pdh Healthy Haircare Solutions.

    She is also the founder of Dellan Construction LLC, a licensed contracting company serving Atlanta, Alabama, and Florida, offering everything from kitchen and bathroom remodeling to gazebos, pool houses, landscaping, and ground-up builds. Her signature phrase, “We can make a shack look chic,” reflects her eye for design and transformation.

    Pamela lends her creativity and leadership to Chic De’cor Events, where she collaborates to create elevated, stylish experiences. Through her book, her businesses, and her mentorship, Pamela continues to leave an inspiring impact wherever she serves.

  • Dr. Janet Jackson-Gordon is an award -winning serial entrepreneur, widely known as “The Boss Chix” for producing some of Atlanta’s hottest celebrity events, parties, and charitable gatherings. Yet, she considers her greatest accomplishment to be motherhood. Raised near Memphis, Tennessee, Janet developed a strong faith in God at an early age that continues to guide her journey.

    With a background in the military, modeling, HR, and special event planning, she naturally transitioned into the entertainment industry through her gift for networking and building relationships. What began as socializing soon became a thriving business booking celebrities for concerts, parties, and special events.

    As the Founder & CEO of Jackson Events & Entertainment (J.E.E.), Janet has worked with some of the biggest names in music- including Beyonce’, LL cool J, and Snoop Dogg - establishing J.E.E. as one of the top booking agencies in North America. Breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry, she rose above sexism and racism to create opportunities not only for herself but for others.

    Her passion for empowering women led to the launch of Boss Chic ATL, a movement dedicated to encouraging women to pursue their goals while offering mentorship, consulting, and business support. She also devotes time to philanthropy, championing causes such as breast cancer awareness, domestic violence preventions, AIDS research, anti-trafficking efforts, and autism support. Janet frequently engages with youth, inspiring the next generation through school visits and outreach.
